this place was a total disaster. after waiting over two hours just to get into my room, i didn't get any food, drink, or even an apology, even though i deserved some special treatment for my troubles. absolutely ridiculous! i almost thought about complimenting the scenery, but who cares when treated like an afterthought?

We just spent 2 nights in a One Bedroom Deluxe King Bed Villa, where the rooms were nice and clean, and we loved the spacious accommodations and heated pool. One downside was dealing with limited dining capacity, which caused awkward delays, but overall, we had a fantastic time!

the room was upgraded with a jacuzzi, which was relaxing, and the staff was super helpful! don't forget the nearby shops for souvenirs 🛍️. great location for heading to the waterpark.
